Cassandra Valle, RD, LD

Health Coach - Dietitian

Growing up in a Latin American household, food was more of a medium for socialization and personal enjoyment for Cassandra. Fast forward to her early years of taking health & science undergrad courses, her studies revealed the health consequences other’s face as a result of personal food choices, especially within her culture. Cassandra believes nutrition information, as it exists today does not full accommodate all cultural traditions and backgrounds. Pursuing a pathway that combined two things she loved most: helping people and food/nutrition, she graduated with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics from San Jose State University and received her RD credential. Cassandra goal is to work with member’s step-by-step to help them reach their personal health and wellness goals and it is her passion to help members cultivate lifelong, sustainable, healthy nutritional habits they can carry with them throughout life.
