WEEK THREE. Brainstorm simple lifestyle hacks that can help you save money and work towards developing healthier habits! Think about how much you spend on coffee, dining out for lunch, hitting up the vending machine, under-utilized gym memberships, and even your smoking habits. This is a great time to discuss your nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle goals with a health coach. Your health coach can provide you with simple recipes or meal ideas, tips on how to cut down on your tobacco and alcohol consumption, and effective at-home workout routines to help you save big bucks down the line! 

WEEK FOUR. A little bit of gratitude can go a long way! Make a list of what you are grateful for as you begin your wellness journey in the new year. Appreciating what you have can help you live a simpler life and reduce the desire for extra spending.
